This policy explains what DwellRoster collects, why we use it, and when request information may be shared to help arrange service.

This Privacy Policy applies to the DwellRoster website, callback forms, and related communications used to match and coordinate home-service requests. It does not govern an independent service professional’s separate website, records, or privacy practices.
Information You Provide
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address if provided, service needed, property location or service area, preferred timing, and notes about the issue.
During follow-up, we may receive additional details needed to understand the request, confirm availability, or coordinate a visit.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the site, we may collect IP-derived or hashed identifiers, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, timestamps, form interactions, and advertising attribution identifiers such as UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, or MSCLKID.
We use session storage and may use cookies or similar technologies to preserve request selections, attribute advertising traffic, secure the site, and measure performance.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to your request; identify the relevant service category; contact you; check location, timing, and provider availability; coordinate a potential match; support or troubleshoot a request; prevent fraud and duplicate submissions; maintain business records; improve the site and request process; measure advertising performance; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use a service request to send unrelated marketing communications unless that use is separately disclosed and permitted.
Independent Service Professionals
We may provide your name, contact information, location, service category, timing, and relevant request details to one or more selected independent local service professionals so they can assess availability, contact you, discuss the work, or provide service.
We do not disclose request information to unrelated providers for unrelated marketing. Independent providers are separate businesses and are responsible for their own records and privacy practices.
Other Disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors that support hosting, communications, CRM or lead handling, analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security, and professional services. These vendors may use information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, enforce our terms, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
Calls and Messages
When you submit a request, you authorize DwellRoster and a selected independent service professional to contact you about that request by phone, text message, email, or another contact method you provide. Message and data rates may apply.
You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up at any time. This request-specific permission is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Google Analytics and Advertising
When enabled, DwellRoster may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, or related Google tools. These services may receive online identifiers, cookie data, IP-derived approximate location, device and browser details, page and interaction data, referring information, and advertising attribution identifiers.
We do not intentionally include your name, phone number, or request notes in standard analytics events. Google explains how it processes information from sites that use its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Cookies and Privacy Controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect attribution, saved selections, or site functionality. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for analytics or advertising technologies, DwellRoster will provide or honor the required control when those technologies are enabled.
DwellRoster does not currently use the site to sell personal information to data brokers.
Sensitive Information
Please do not place Social Security numbers, financial account details, payment-card data, medical records, account passwords, or other sensitive information in a service-request note. The website form does not require that information.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to coordinate requests, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the status of the request, and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to receive services without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request to support@dwellroster.com with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, the request, or an authorized agent. Rights and response times vary by jurisdiction.
Children’s Privacy
DwellRoster is intended for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
